Get to know our family
Sam building out the Good Help Electric service van in Boise, Idaho

Meet Sam — the electrical contractor behind every job.

Sam owns and runs Good Help Electric out of the Treasure Valley, where he lives with his wife Emily and their four kids. When he's not running wire or tracking down a tricky electrical problem, he's out biking with his family around Boise.

Sam learned the trade from his father-in-law, a licensed electrical contractor who has run his own business in the valley for over 30 years. That foundation led him to a larger electrical company, where he worked his way up to Service Department Manager. Those years taught him how to run a business the right way: show up on time, be honest about what the job needs, do clean work, and leave every home better than you found it. With 12 years of hands-on experience, he's worked in thousands of Treasure Valley homes and knows them inside and out.
